Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or high power blender until smooth (add more almond milk if more liquid is needed to blend).
- Pour the mixture into a loaf pan (or other container) and freeze for 3-4 hours (or you can eat it right out of the blender with a froyo texture!).
- Scoop with an ice cream scoop and sprinkle with cacao nibs - enjoy!
