Asian chicken meatballs with a honey soy teriyaki glaze 🤤🥢✨ My mom and I tested this recipe multiple times before we landed on the perfect flavor combination... and here it is!

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425F convection and pray a baking sheet with nonstick.
- Mix together all ingredients for the meatballs and roll into 1 inch balls (option to coat your hands in oil when rolling to prevent sticking); place meatballs on the baking sheet and bake for 12-14 minutes.
- Mix together the ingredients for the sauce and pour into a large pan over medium high heat; whisk until thick and glossy and then turn off the heat; add the cooked meatballs to the pan and coat each evenly in the sauce.
- Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with sesame seeds and scallions - enjoy!
