Hi everyone,

Just got back from such a fun trip to Mykonos for our friend Adam’s 40th! It was a quick one (Wednesday to Monday) but definitely worth it. So many laughs, plus we made a few new friends. Everyone on the trip was genuinely amazing—smart, kind, and just really great to be around. It was a total blast!

This week, I’m sharing a daily ritual that’s completely shifted my mindset. I started it a few months ago when Doug and I came back to New York for a longer stretch, and it’s been a real game changer for boosting creativity, improving focus, and reducing stress.

You know how much I lean on my routines, especially in the mornings. They’re what help me feel grounded and focused. But the last few times we were in New York, even with a routine, I just couldn’t get into the best headspace. I felt unsettled, and it was really hard to get inspired with new recipe ideas. Maybe part of it was adjusting to our new neighborhood in Brooklyn, but either way, I knew I wanted to do something different the next time we were here.

So I added something new to my mornings. Spoiler alert: it’s not a workout or meditation. It’s small, but it’s made such a difference that I wanted to share it, in case you’ve ever felt the same way.

First, here’s a recipe for a delicious coconut chia pudding. It’s topped with slices of fresh mango and keeps in the fridge for days. I love having it as a light breakfast, snack, or dessert.

Coconut Chia Pudding with Mango

It tastes like dessert (inspired by mango sticky rice), but it’s actually so good for you, as the chia seeds are filled with fiber and Omega-3.
